Over thirty-two years of architectural experience as a principal architect and project architect in commercial, institutional, municipal, educational, medical, financial, industrial, and single and multifamily residential building types.

Planning and design experience in site and building master planning, including single and mixed use developments, passive solar design, and earth shelter design.  Experienced in space planning and interior design, and selection and coordination of furnishings.

Extensive experience in every phase of architectural services, including public project promotion, design presentations including architectural rendering and scale modeling, project design team discipline coordination, project administration, feasibility studies, government and public agency consulting, building code analysis, land development code analysis, existing facilities surveys and space utilization analysis, architectural and facilities programming, site analysis, site design, schematic building design, building materials research, building systems analysis and design, design development, construction document coordination and preparation, product research and specification preparation, bidding and negotiation, bid evaluation, construction administration and on-site inspections, and post construction services.
