Over forty-nine years of architectural experience as a principal architect in commercial, institutional, municipal, educational, medical, industrial, multifamily and single family residential building types.

Planning and design experience in site and building master planning, including space planning, interior design, and selection and coordination of furnishings.

Extensive experience in every phase of architectural services. Major emphasis with multifamily projects for senior and retirement housing, educational facilities, medical facilities, commercial and industrial complexes.

Projects include development of architectural and facilities programming, feasibility studies, schematic building design, cost estimates, construction documents, bidding procedures, construction administration and management.

Other experience in service to various state and federal advisory boards, i.e. G. S. A. Regional Public Advisory Panel on Architectural and Engineering Service, State of Oregon Structural Codes Advisory Board, State of Oregon Fire Marshal Board of Appeals.
